What's your favourite province when it comes to beer? For me, it has to be Quebec, mainly because of the history beer has to do with la belle province. As soon as Quebec was first settled, breweries started making a presence in the (then) newly discovered world.
Today, microbreweries are popping up all over the place, on Île d'Orleans, in Gaspésie, even in Lac St Jean. It's incredible that micros are forming in towns smaller than Brandon, and with much success. I hope it continues!
